General Conditions

• The game is marketed as MIxnpik and can be played through the website and through our android and iOS native apps.

• The start times and availability of the games is at the discretion of the promoter.

• This game is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Apple, Inc. or Google, Inc.

• By accepting the prize, the winner and accompanying winners agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.

• VALIDITY: The competition is open from the time it is made available on the platform.

• PRIZE: The prize can change for each game. Please check the game details. The promoter reserves the right to swap the prize to one of equivalent value.

• NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW OR REGULATION. 

• Additional Free Alternative Means of Entry: To enter the game for free, on a plain piece of paper, hand print your name, complete address, post code, telephone number and date of birth and mail your entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope, to: Recode Sports c/o Frank Accounting, L4 The Textile Centre, 125 St Georges Bay Road, Parnell, Auckland. Please state which game you are entering and if your entry is not received in time we will enter you into the next game. Recode Sports Ltd is not responsible for any entry request that is lost, stolen, or otherwise not received, or for any illegible, mutilated, or otherwise unfulfillable entry requests. No mechanically-reproduced submissions are permitted, and Recode Sports Ltd reserves the right to reject any entry request that does not conform to these Rules or the law. All Entries become the property of Recode Sports.

• Note: Neither Tickets nor Entries have any real-world value. Neither they nor your Account may be sold, rented, or transferred in any way. Tickets and Entries are licensed to you, not sold.

• The winners must provide a New Zealand address for delivery of a physical prize. Vouchers and electronic prizes will be sent by email. Physical prizes will not be posted to addresses outside of New Zealand.

• In the event of a tied game, where two or more players have a winning score the game system will randomly select a winner.

• If a question has more than one correct answer then a single correct answer will be selected by Recode Sports staff based on a related statistic. As an example, if two players have 20 points and are both top scorers we will use the assist stats to award the winner. (Note - We design our questions to avoid this scenario ever happening but just in case).

• ENTER: Participants must enter the competition through the game page on the mixnpik.com site or app before the start time of the competition. The start time is shown on the game home page.

• The winner will be directly contacted by Recode Sports Ltd via email or mobile phone within 5 working days.

• The winner will receive their prizes within one month after the event.

• The prize cannot be exchanged for money.

• Some prizes may not be sold, auctioned or otherwise transferred in any way without the consent of Recode Sports ltd.

• If Recode Sports Ltd cannot make contact with the winner within four weeks of the competition being resulted and having made reasonable efforts, the prize will be revoked and the winner can no longer make a claim. After four weeks the awarding of a prize is solely at the discretion of Recode Sports Ltd.

• If Recode Sports have reasonable ground to suspect that a player is using multiple accounts to increase their chances of winning, we reserve the right to disqualify the player and to cancel any prizes.

• Pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, entrants have the right to access and correct any personal information.

• The Promoter and its associated agencies, companies or sponsors shall not be liable in any way (including, without limitation, in negligence) for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion except any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

• The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications that may arise as a result of winning the Prizes.

• The Promoter’s decision regarding the winner is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
